Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)
Western WI | Dairy Manufacturing | Sunday-Thursday 10pm-7am
We’re partnering with a well-established dairy manufacturing facility in the Western WI area that is looking to add a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to their team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading teams, and driving production, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
& Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance
& Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, BRC, and food safety standards
& Oversee daily operations across production areas including butter processing and intake
& Coordinate staffing and schedules to meet production demands
& Review production and sanitation records for accuracy and compliance
& Partner with leadership (Plant Manager, QA, Maintenance) to resolve issues in real time
& Support audits, SOP updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
& Approve timecards, manage attendance, and maintain accountability on the floor
What We’re Looking For
& 5 years of leadership experience in dairy or food manufacturing
& Strong leadership skills — coaching, accountability, and communication
& Srong olid understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety systems
& Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
& Experience with systems like SAP, Excel, or production tracking tools is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
& $68K &- $82K base salary
